Do you blame patriarchy for your anxiety?

Patriarchy makes me feel like a "loser" because of how it defines men. under patriarchy men are not allowed to be sensitive or submissive. i feel guilty too about having white male privilege, it makes me hate myself. I want women and minorities to have more power. I hate patriarchy and hope it dies soon.

I have to admit, I do. But patriarchy is at fault too, because it creates impossible societal standards which people with and without anxiety can't completely abide by. If we tear down the patriarchy, people will be able to freely express themselves without feeling socially excluded because of patriarchal expectations. That's mho, anyway. * sorry if it was confusing *
