Family and Anxiety/Social Anxiety
Is your family acceptive of your anxiety and/ social anxiety? Only my parents are; but not my siblings. If something causes me stress, I cry like a baby; and they think my emotions are exagerrated. I love my siblings to death; but I don't understand how they don't realize that anxiety and /social anxiety affects people differently from others. Will they always be like this, or will they grow out of it? * sorry if I don't make any sense *
Re: Family and Anxiety/Social Anxiety
I never told anyone, probably won't ever tell family. If I had severe anxiety I would have to tell them I suppose, but since it is painful but not debilitating I prefer to keep it to myself. I'm not a very emotionally honest person.....
